107 STAT. 2592 PROCLAMATION 6515--DEC. 16, 1992 as beneficiary countries for purposes of the CBERA or the ATPA that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the dates specified in Annex in to this proclamation, the rate of duty in the HTS set forth in the Rates of Duty 1-Special subcolumn followed by the symbol "E,J" in parentheses for each of the HTS subheadings enimierated in such Annex shall be deleted and the rate of duty provided in such Annex inserted in lieu thereof effective with respect to such goods on the dates specified. (4) The duty reductions set forth in HTS headings 9903.10.01 through 9903.10.42 shall be effective with respect to goods entered, or with(&awn from warehouse for consiunption, through December 31, 1993. (5) Heading 2007 of the HTS is modified as provided in Annex IV to this proclamation. (6) In order to provide for certain conforming changes omitted in aforementioned proclamations, the HTS is modified as set forth in Annex V to this proclamation. (7) Any provisions of previous proclamations inconsistent with the provisions of this proclamation are hereby superseded to the extent of such inconsistency. (8)(a) The modifications made by paragraph (1) of this proclamation shall be effective with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 1993, or on or after the 15th day after the date of publication of tiiis proclamation in the Federal Register, whichever is later. (b) The modifications made by paragraphs (2), (3), and (6) of this proclamation shall be effective with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consiunption, on or after the dates set forth in Annexes n, m, and V to this proclamation. (c) The modifications made by paragraphs (4) and (5) of this proclamation shall be effective with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 1993. GEORGE BUSH ANNEX I MODIFICATIONS TO THE HARMONIZED TARIFF SCHEDULE OF THE UNITED STATES (HTS) The HTS is modified as provided below, with bracketed matter included to assist in the understanding of the proclaimed modifications. The following supersedes matter now in the HTS. The subheadings and superior text are set forth in columnar format, and material in such colunms is inserted in the columns of the HTS designated "Heading/Subheading", "Article Description", "Rates of Duty 1-General", "Rates of Duty 1-Special", and "Rates of Duty 2", respectively. Effective with respect to articles that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 1993, or on or after the fifteenth day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the Federal Register, whichever is later. 1.
