OTHER PROCUREMENT, AIR FORCE For an additional amount for "Other Procurement, Air Force", $26,800,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1996: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. GENERAL PROVISIONS—CHAPTER 3 SEC. 301. Notwithstanding sections 607 and 630 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2357 and 22 U.S.C. 2390), reimbursements received from the United Nations for expenses of the Department of Defense charged to the appropriations provided by this Act shall be deposited to the miscellaneous receipts of the Treasury. SEC. 302. Funds appropriated in this chapter shall only be obligated and expended to fund the incremental and associated costs of the Department of Defense incurred in connection with the ongoing United States operations relating to Somalia; the ongoing United States humanitarian airdrops, hospital operations, and enforcement of the no-fly zone relating to Bosnia; the ongoing United States operations relating to Southwest Asia; and the ongoing United States operations supporting the maritime interception operations relating to Haiti. SEC. 303. During the current fiscal year, the Department of Defense is authorized to incur obligations of not to exceed $250,000,000 for purposes specified in section 2350j(c) of title 10, United States Code, in anticipation of receipt of contributions, only from the Government of Kuwait, under that section: Provided, That, upon receipt, such contributions from the Government of Kuwait shall be credited to the appropriation or fund which incurred such obligations.
