BILATERAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE (RESCISSION) Of the unexpended or unobligated balances of funds (including earmarked funds) made available for fiscal years 1987 through 1993 to carry out the provisions of sections 103 through 106 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, $104,018,500 are rescinded. ASSISTANCE FOR THE NEW INDEPENDENT STATES OF THE FORMER SOVIET UNION (RESCISSION) Of the unexpended or unobligated balances of funds made available under this heading and title VI of Public Law 103-87, and prior Acts making appropriations for foreign operations, export financing, and related programs, for assistance for the new independent states of the former Soviet Union, $55,000,000 are rescinded. ECONOMIC SUPPORT FUND (RESCISSION) Of the unexpended or unobligated balances of funds (including earmarked funds) made available for fiscal years 1987 through 1993 to carry out the provisions of chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, $61,350,000 are rescinded. MILITARY ASSISTANCE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT FOREIGN MILITARY FINANCING PROGRAM (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading (including earmarked funds) in Public Law 102-391 and prior appropriations Acts, for grants to carry out the provisions of section 23 of the Arms Export Control Act, $91,283,000 are rescinded.
