Limitation on State regulation of intrastate passengers by bus.". 49 USC 10101 SEC. 212. EFFECTIVE DATE. This title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect upon the enactment of this Act, except for sections 207 and 208, which shall take effect on January 1, 1995.
