(d) TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT. — Subject to subsection (h), funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1995 for technology development in carry- ing out environmental restoration and waste management activities necessary for national security programs in the amount of $405,759,000, to be allocated as follows: (1) For operating expenses, $380,974,000. (2) For capital equipment, $24,785,000. (e) TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT.—Subject to subsection (h), funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1995 for transportation management in carrying out environmental restoration and waste management activities necessary for national security programs in the amount of $20,684,000, to be allocated as follows: (1) For operating expenses, $20,240,000. (2) For capital equipment, $444,000.
