Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTION REGARDING SHARING OF TIM- BER SALE RECEIPTS. (a) FOREST SERVICE.—Section 13982(b)(1) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (Public Law 103-66; 107 Stat. 681; 16 U.S.C. 500 note) is amended by inserting "out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated," before "for the benefit of counties". (b) BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT. — Section 13983(b)(1) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (Public Law 103- 66; 107 Stat. 682; 43 U.S.C. 1181f note) is amended by inserting ", out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated," after "shall make pa3anents".
