For payment to Yl`a-ra-da—ka.-wa, head chief of the Tappahs band, and four other Pawnees, for their services as guides, and for losses sustained by them, (one hundred dollars each,) per eleventh article, five hundred dollars. To enable the Pawnees to settle any just claims existing against them, per twelfth article, ten thousand dollars.
