(2) For plant projects (including maintenance, restoration, planning, construction, acquisition, modification of facilities, and the continuation of projects authorized in prior years, and land acquisition related thereto), $113,625,000, to be allocated as follows: Project 96-D-122, sewage treatment quality upgrade (STQU), Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas, $600,000.
