(i) COMPLETED STUDY; COMMUNITY COLLEGE DEMONSTRATION; GRANTS FOR INFORMATION AND DATA SYSTEM.—Section 17 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786) is amended by striking subsections (n), (o), and (p). (j) DISQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED UNDER THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM. — Section 17 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786), as amended by subsection (i), is amended by adding at the end the following: "(n) DISQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED UNDER THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM. — "(1) IN GENERAL. — The Secretary shall issue regulations Regulations, providing criteria for the disqualification under this section of an approved vendor that is disqualified from accepting benefits under the food stamp program established under the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 2011 et sea.). "(2) TERMS. —^A disqualification under paragraph (1)— "(A) shall be for the same period as the disqualification from the program referred to in paragraph (1); "(B) may begin at a later date than the disqualification from the program referred to in paragraph (1); and " (C) shall not be subject to judici^ or administrative review.". SEC. 730. CASH GRANTS FOR NUTRITION EDUCATION. Section 18 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1787) is repealed. SEC. 731. NUTRITION EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
