WILDLAND FIRE MANAGEMENT For an additional amount for wildland fire management, $550,000,000, to remain available until expended, for presuppression due to emergencies, for emergency fire suppression on or adjacent to National Forest System lands or other lands under fire protection agreement and for emergency rehabilitation of burned over National Forest System lands: Provided, That such funds are available for repayment of advances from other appropriations accounts previously transferred for such purposes: Provided further. That Congress hereby designates this amount as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended: Provided further. That this amount shall be available only to the extent that an official budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress. RECONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION For an additional amount for reconstruction and construction, $5,210,000, to remain available until expended, to repair damage caused by hurricanes: Provided, That Congress hereby designates this amount as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended: Provided further. That this amount shall be available only to the extent that an official budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress.
