The Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary shall be known and designated as the "Gerry E. Studds Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to that national marine sanctuary shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Gerry E.
