110 STAT. 3738 PUBLIC LAW 104-303 —OCT. 12, 1996 Ogdensburg Harbor, New York, authorized by the 1st section of the Act entitled "An Act making appropriations for the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes", approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 635), and modified by the 1st section of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes", approved August 30, 1935 (49 Stat. 1037), that is in the Oswegatchie River in Ogdensburg, New York, from the southernmost alignment of the Route 68 bridge upstream to the northernmost alignment of the Lake Street bridge. (21) CONNEAUT HARBOR, OHIO. —The most southerly 300 feet of the 1,670-foot long Shore Arm of the project for navigation, Conneaut Harbor, Ohio, authorized by the 1st section of the Act entitled "An Act making appropriations for the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes", approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 653). (22) LORAIN SMALL BOAT BASIN, LAKE ERIE, OHIO. —The portion of the Federal navigation channel, Lorain Small Boat Basin, Lake Erie, Ohio, authorized pursuant to section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (33 U.S.C. 577) that is situated in the State of Ohio, County of Lorain, Township of Black River and is a part of Original Black River Township Lot Number 1, Tract Number 1, further known as being submerged lands of Lake Erie owned by the State of Ohio, and that is more definitely described as follows: Commencing at a drill hole found on the centerline of Lakeside Avenue (60 feet in width) at the intersection of the centerline of the East Shorearm of Lorain Harbor, that point being known as United States Corps of Engineers Monument No. 203 (N658012.20, E208953.88). Thence, in a line north 75 degrees 26 minutes 12 seconds west, a distance of 387.87 feet to a point (N658109.73, E2089163.47). This point is hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "principal point of beginning". Thence, north 58 degrees 14 minutes 11 seconds west, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point (N658136.05, E2089120.96). Thence, south 67 degrees 49 minutes 32 seconds west, a distance of 665.16 feet to a point (N657885.00, E2088505.00). Thence, north 88 degrees 13 minutes 52 seconds west, a distance of 551.38 feet to a point (N657902.02, E2087953.88). Thence, north 29 degrees 17 minutes 42 seconds east, a distance of 114.18 feet to a point (N658001.60, . E2088009.75). Thence, south 88 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds east, a distance of 477.00 feet to a point (N657986.57, E2088486.51). Thence, north 68 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds east, a distance of 601.95 feet to a point (N658210.26, E2089045.35).
