(d) PIKE ISLAND LOCKS AND DAM, OHIO. — (1) IN GENERAL.— Subject to this subsection, the Secretary shall convey by quitclaim deed to the city of Steubenville, Ohio, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the approximately 12 acres of Iand located at the Pike Island Locks and Dam, together with any improvements on the land. (2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.—The conveyance by the United States under this subsection shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States. (3) LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY AND PAYMENT OF COSTS. —The exact acreage and legal description of the real property described in paragraph (1) shall be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Secretary. The cost of the survey shall be borne by the city of Steubenville. The city shall also be responsible for any other costs associated with the conveyance authorized by this subsection. (4) CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES.— Properties to be conveyed under this subsection that will be retained in public ownership and used for public park and recreation or other public purposes shall be conveyed without consideration. If any such property is no longer used for public park and recreation or other public purposes, title to such property shall revert to the Secretary. (e) SHENANGO RIVER LAKE PROJECT, OHIO.— (1) IN GENERAL. —Subject to this subsection, the Secretary shall convey by quitclaim deed to the Kinsman Township, Trumbull County, Ohio, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of land located at the Shenango River Lake project consisting of approximately 1 acre, together with any improvements on the land. (2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.—The conveyance by the United States under this subsection shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States. (3) LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY AND PAYMENT OF COSTS.— The exact acreage and legal description of the real property described in paragraph (1) shall be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Secretary.
