Paragraph (1) of section 9505(c) of the Internal Revenue Code 26 USC 9505. of 1986 (relating to expenditures from Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund) is amended to read as follows: "(1) to carry out section 210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (as in effect on the date of the enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996),".
