(b) The substantive regulations set forth in this part are promulgated under the authority of sections 203(c) and 304 of the CAA, which require that such regulations be the same as the substantive regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Labor except where the Board determines for good cause shown that modifications would be more effective for the implementation of the rights and protections under section 203. §0541.1 Executive The term "employee employed in a bona fide execu tive * * * capacity in section 13(a)(1) of the FLSA as applied by the CAA shall mean any employee: (a) Whose primary duty consists of the management of an employing office in which he is employed or of a customarily recognized department or subdivision thereof; and
