OTHER PROCUREMENT, AIR FORCE For procurement and modification of equipment (including ground guidance and electronic control equipment, and ground electronic and communication equipment), and supplies, materials, and spare parts therefor, not otherwise provided for; the purchase of not to exceed 196 passenger motor vehicles for replacement only; the purchase of one vehicle required for physical security of personnel, notwithstanding price limitations applicable to passenger vehicles but not to exceed $232,340 per vehicle; and expansion of public and private plants.
