(a) PROTECTION OF INFORMATION ON CAPABILITIES.— Paragraph (1)(B) of section 455(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting ", or capabilities," after "methods". (b) PRODUCTS PROTECTED.—(1) Paragraph (2) of such section is amended to read as follows: "(2) In this subsection, the term 'geodetic product' means imagery, imagery intelligence, or geospatial information.". (2) Section 467(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (A) by inserting "and" at the end of subparagraph (A); (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking out "and geodetic data; and" and inserting in lieu thereof "geodetic data, and related products."; and (C) by striking out subparagraph (C). 10 USC 1501 SEC. 934. POW/MIA INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS. ^°^^' (a) INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS. —The Director of Central Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall provide intelligence analysis on matters concerning prisoners of war and missing persons (as defined in chapter 76 of title 10, United States Code) to all departments and agencies of the Federal Government involved in such matters. (b) USE OF INTELLIGENCE IN ANALYSIS OF POW/MIA CASES IN DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.—The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that the Defense Prisoner of War/Missing Personnel Office of the Department of Defense takes into full account all intelligence regarding matters concerning of prisoners of war and missing persons (as defined in chapter 76 of title 10, United States Code) in analyzing cases involving such persons.
