PUBLIC LAW 105-120—NOV. 26, 1997 111 STAT. 2527 Public Law 105-120 105th Congress Joint Resolution Waiving certain enrollment requirements with respect to certain specified bills Nov. 26, 1997 of the One Hundred Fifth Congress. [jj j jjgs. 103] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisions i USC 106 note, of sections 106 and 107 of title 1, United States Code, are waived for the balance of the first session of the One Hundred Fifth Congress with respect to the printing (on parchment or otherwise) of the enrollment of any bill or joint resolution making general appropriations for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1998, or continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1998. The enrollment of any such bill or joint resolution shall be in such form as the Committee on House Oversight of the House of Representatives certifies to be a true enrollment.
