In this Act— (1) the term "Administration" means the Small Business Administration; (2) the term "Administrator" means the Administrator of the Small Business Administration; (3) the term "Committees" means the Committees on Small Business of the House of Representatives and the Senate; and (4) the term "small business concern" has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632). SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. 15 USC 631 note. This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on October 1, 1997.
