PUBLIC LAW 105-138—DEC. 2, 1997 111 STAT. 2643 (e) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATION.— There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this section a total of $3,800,000 for fiscal year 1998 and any succeeding fiscal years.
