OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE, CUSTOMS P-3 DRUG INTERDICTION PROGRAM (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 102-393, $4,470,000 are rescinded. INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 105-61, $30,330,000 are rescinded. GENERAL PROVISION—THIS CHAPTER SEC. 9001. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available in Public Law 105-86 shall be used to pay the salaries and expenses of personnel to carry out a conservation farm option program as authorized by section 335 of Public Law 104-127 in excess of $11,000,000. GENERAL PROVISIONS—THIS TITLE SEC. 10001. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein.
