DISPOSITION OF FUNDS. Any funds received by the Secretary through sale or by cash equalization from an exchange shall be deposited into the fund provided by the Act of December 4, 1967 (16 U.S.C. 484a), commonly known as the Sisk Act, and shall be available for expenditure, upon appropriation, for— (1) the acquisition of lands, and interests in the lands, in the State of Virginia; and (2) the acquisition or construction of administrative improvements in connection with the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests.
