PUBLIC LAW 105-261—OCT. 17, 1998 112 STAT. 2263 (c) LIMITATIONS. —The authorities provided by this section shall be subject to such limitations as may be provided in appropriations Acts. SEC. 3303. AUTHORITY TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS IN 50 USC 98d note. NATIONAL DEFENSE STOCKPILE. (a) DISPOSAL REQUIRED.—Subject to subsection (c), the President shall dispose of materials contained in the National Defense Stockpile and specified in the table in subsection (b) so as to result in receipts to the United States in the amount of— (1) $105,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 1999; (2) $460,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 2002; (3) $555,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 2003; and (4) $590,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 2005.
