CHAPTER 5 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES For an additional amount for "Training and Employment Services" to carry out section 402 of the Job Training Partnership Act, $7,000,000, to be available upon enactment and remain available through June 30, 1999: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
