INDEPENDENT AGENCY NATIONAL CREDIT UNION ADMINISTRATION CENTRAL LIQUIDITY FACILITY During fiscal year 2000, gross obligations of the Central Liquidity Facility for the principal Eunount of new direct losuis to member credit unions shall not exceed the amount authorized by title III of the National Credit Union Central Liquidity Facility Act (12 U.S.C. 1795). GENERAL PROVISIONS, THIS CHAPTER SEC. 3012. SEC. 3013.
