(4) CONSIDERATION.—The conveyance under this subsection shall be without consideration. All costs associated with the conveyance shall be psiid by the Summerfield Cemetery Association, Oklahoma. (5) OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.—The conveyance under this subsection shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as the Secretary considers necessary to protect the interests of the United States. (g) DEXTER, OREGON.— (1) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary shall convey to the Dexter Sanitary District £dl right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a peu'cel of land consisting of approximately 5 acres located at Dexter Lake, Oregon, under lease to the Dexter Sanitary District. (2) CONSIDERATION. —Land to be conveyed under this subsection shall be conveyed without consideration. If the land is no longer held in public ownership or no longer used for wastewater treatment purposes, title to the land shall revert to the Secretary. (3) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.— The conveyance by the United States shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretsuy considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States. (4) SURVEYS.—The exact acreage and description of the land to be conveyed under paragraph (1) shall be determined by such surveys as the Secretary considers necessary. The cost of the surveys shall be borne by the Dexter Sanitary District. (h) CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA.—The Secretary may convey the property of the Corps of Engineers known as the "Equipment and Storage Yard", located on Meeting Street in Charleston, South Carolina, in as-is condition for fair msirket value, with all proceeds from the conveyance to be applied by the Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, to offset a portion of the costs of moving or leasing an office facility in the city of Charleston, South Carolina. (i) RICHARD B. RUSSELL DAM AND LAKE, SOUTH CAROLINA.— (1) IN GENERAL.— Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the Secretary shall convey to the State of South Carolina all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcels of land described in paragraph (2)(A) that are being managed, as of the date of enactment of this Act, by the South Carolina Department of NaturgJ Resources for fish and wildlife mitigation purposes for the Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake, South Carolina, project authorized by section 203 of the Flood Control Act of 1966 (80 Stat. 1420) and modified by section 601(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4140).
