(f) REPEAL.— The India-Pakistan Relief Act (title IX of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1999, as contained in 22 USC section 101(a) of Public Law 105-277) is repealed effective October 2799aa-l 21, 1999. This Act may be cited as the "Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2000".
