PUBLIC LAW 106-315—OCT. 19, 2000 114 STAT. 1275 Public Law 106-315 106th Congress An Act To designate the building of the United States Postal Service located at 307 Main nflo Street in Johnson City, New York, as the "James W. McCabe, Sr. Post Office Oct. W, 2U00 Building". [H.R. 2302] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The building of the United States Postal Service located at 307 Main Street in Johnson City, New York, shall be known and designated as the "James W. McCabe, Sr. Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "James W.
