PUBLIC LAW 106-341—OCT. 19, 2000 114 STAT. 1315 Public Law 106-341 106th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 301 Green Oct. 19, 2000 Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina, as the "J.L. Dawkins Post Office Building". [H.R. 4658] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 301 Green Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the "J.L. Dawkins Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "J.L.
