SEC. 1158. TRALKOXYDIM FORMULATED.
(a) IN GENERAL. —Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by
inserting in the numerical sequence the following new headings:

inserting "1.1%"; and
(B) by striking "On or before 12/31/2001" each place
it appears and inserting "On or before 12/31/2002".
(2) EFFECTIVE DATE.— The amendments made by paragraph
(1) shall take effect on January 1, 2002.
(c) CALENDAR YEAR 2003. —
(1) IN GENERAL.— Headings 9902.06.62 and 9902.06.01, as
added by subsection (a), are amended—
(A) by striking "1.1%" each place it appears and
inserting "2.3%"; and
(B) by striking "On or before 12/31/2002" each place
it appears and inserting "On or before 12/31/2003".
(2) EFFECTIVE DATE.— The amendments made by paragraph
(1) shall take effect on January 1, 2003.
