(2) "employing office" means the employing office, as defined under section 101 of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1301), of an employee of the Senate. (b) TRANSPORTATION SUBSIDY. —An employing office may provide a monthly transportation subsidy to an employee of the Senate up to the maximum monthly amount authorized under section 132(f)(2)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
