(a) REPEAL OF LIMIT ON NUMBER OF OFFICERS ON ACTIVE DUTY IN GRADES OF GENERAL AND ADMIRAL. —Section 528 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) CLERICAL AMENDMENT.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 32 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 528.
