NATIONAL COMMISSION ON LIBRARIES AND INFORMATION SCIENCE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses for the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science, established by the Act of July 20, 1970 (Public Law 91-345, as amended), $1,000,000. NATIONAL COUNCIL ON DISABILITY SALARIES AND EXPENSES For expenses necessary for the National Council on Disability as authorized by title IV of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, $2,830,000. NATIONAL EDUCATION GOALS PANEL For expenses necessary for costs associated with the termination of the National Education Goals Panel, $400,000.
