(he Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, 1967 (Paris Convention); D. the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants, i 97g (UPOV Convention (1978)), or the baemational Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants, 1991 (UPOV Convemion (1991)); and E the Convention Relating to the Distribution of Progranune-Canying Signals Transmitled by Satellite (1974) If a Party has not acceded to the specified text of any such Conventions on or before the date of entry imo force of this Agreement, it shall promptly make every effort to accede.
