ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $33,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2003: Provided, That this amount shall include assistance in State efforts to prevent and control transmissible spongiform encephalopathy, including chronic wasting disease and scrapie, in farmed and freeranging animals: Provided further.
