The matter under this heading in Public Law 107-116 is amended by striking "$4,000,000 is for the Columbia Hospital for Women Medical Center in Washington, D.C. to support community outreach programs for children" and inserting "$4,000,000 is for the All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg, Florida to support development of a pediatric clinical research center program". CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISEASE CONTROL, RESEARCH, AND TRAINING For an additional amount for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, "Disease Control, Research, and Training", $1,000,000: Provided, That the entire amount is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended: Provided further, That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress. NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES (INCLUDING RESCISSION) Of the funds provided under this heading in Public Law 107- 116, $30,000,000 are rescinded. 115 Stat. 2191. Under this heading in Public Law 107-116, "$26,000,000 " is deleted and "$36,600,000 " is inserted. ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES CHILDREN AND FAMILIES SERVICES AND PROGRAMS For an additional amount for "Children and Families Services Programs" for carrying out section 316 of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (42 U.S.C. 10416), $500,000: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended: Provided further.
