PUBLIC LAW 107-263—OCT. 30, 2002 116 STAT. 1747 Public Law 107-263 107th Congress An Act To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 89 River Oct. 30, 2002 Street in Hoboken, New Jersey, as the "Frank Sinatra Post Office Building". [H.R 3034] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 89 River Street in Hoboken, New Jersey, and known as the Hoboken Main Post Office, shall be known and designated as the "Frank Sinatra Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Frank Sinatra Post Office Building".
