Public Law 108–259 108th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 475 Kell Farm Drive in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as the ‘‘Richard G. Wilson Processing and Distribution Facility’’. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 475 Kell Farm Drive in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Richard G. Wilson Processing and Distribu tion Facility’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Richard G.
