Public Law 109–122 109th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 57 West Street in Newville, Pennsylvania, as the ‘‘Randall D. Shughart Post Office Building’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 57 West Street in Newville, Pennsylvania, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Randall D. Shughart Post Office Building’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Randall D. Shughart Post Office Building’’. Approved December 1, 2005.
