For an additional amount for ‘‘Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps’’, $7,343,000, to remain available until September 30, 2006, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H.
