For an additional amount for ‘‘Salaries and Expenses’’, $11,935,000, for increased judicial security outside of courthouse facilities, including home intrusion detection systems for Federal judges, to remain available until September 30, 2006: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of the conference report to accompany S.
