To amend Public Law 107–153 to modify a certain date.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SETTLEMENT OF TRIBAL CLAIMS.

Section 1(a) of Public Law 107–153 (25 U.S.C. 4044 note; 116 Stat. 79) is amended by striking ‘‘December 31, 1999’’ and inserting ‘‘December 31, 2000’’. Approved December 30, 2005.
