Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums be, Am,,.0P,;mOm_ and the same are hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the support of the army for the year ending the tbirtieth of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-ono: Reqrultlng and For expenses of recruiting, transportation of recruits, three momhs’ "’€“1“°m°“°‘ extra pay to non-oommissioned omcers, musicians, and privates on re·enlistment, fifty thousand dollars. Pay. _ For pay of the army three million five hundred and ninety-one thousand seven hundred and eighty-four dollars.
