Subtitle C—Effective Date 19 USC 58c note.
SEC. 1641. EFFECTIVE DATE.
Except as otherwise provided in this title, the amendments made by this title shall apply with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved August 17, 2006.
