‘‘(1) a description of each sanction imposed under such provision of law; ‘‘(2) the name of the individual or entity subject to the sanction, if applicable; and ‘‘(3) whether or not such individual has been identified by the United Nations panel of experts. ‘‘(e) REPORT ON UNITED STATES MILITARY ASSISTANCE.—In conjunction with the other reports required under this section, the Secretary of State shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees describing the effectiveness of any assistance provided under section 8 of the Darfur Peace and Accountability Act of 2006, including— ‘‘(1) a detailed annex on any military assistance provided in the period covered by this report; ‘‘(2) the results of any review or other monitoring conducted by the Federal Government with respect to assistance provided under that Act; and ‘‘(3) any unauthorized retransfer or use of military assistance furnished by the United States.’’.
