(a) BANKRUPTCY FILING FEES.—Section 1930(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) in subparagraph (A) by striking ‘‘$220’’ and inserting ‘‘$245’’; and (B) in subparagraph (B) by striking ‘‘$150’’ and inserting ‘‘$235’’; and (2) in paragraph (2) by striking ‘‘$1,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$2,750’’. (b) EXPENDITURE LIMITATION.—Incremental amounts collected by reason of the amendments made by subsection (a) shall be deposited in a special fund in the Treasury to be established after the enactment of this Act.
