PUBLIC LAW 109–446—DEC. 21, 2006 (2) PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY.—The term ‘‘Palestinian Authority’’ has the meaning given the term in section 620K(e)(2) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (as added by section 2(b)(2) of this Act).
