Public Law 109–260 109th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1 Boyden Street in Badin, North Carolina, as the ‘‘Mayor John Thompson ‘Tom’ Garrison Memorial Post Office’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1 Boyden Street in Badin, North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Mayor John Thompson ‘Tom’ Garrison Memorial Post Office’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Mayor John Thompson ‘Tom’ Garrison Memorial Post Office’’. Approved August 2, 2006.
