Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006’’. (j) TITLE 40.—Section 14507(a)(1)(A)(iv) of title 40, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998’’ and inserting ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006’’. (k) OLDER AMERICANS ACT OF 1965.—The Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 502(b)(1)(N)(i) (42 U.S.C. 3056(b)(1)(N)(i)), by striking ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998’’ and inserting ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006’’; (2) in section 503(b)(2) (42 U.S.C. 3056a(b)(2)), by striking ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998’’ each place that term appears and inserting ‘‘Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006’’; and
