this section or the amendments made by this section affects any other provision of law. SEC. 105. EFFECTIVE DATE.

(a) SECTION 101.—The amendments made by section 101 shall apply to individuals who leave Federal office or employment to which such amendments apply on or after the date of adjournment of the first session of the 110th Congress sine die or December 31, 2007, whichever date is earlier. (b) SECTION 102.—The amendments made by section 102 shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. (c) SECTION 103.— (1) NOTIFICATION OF POST-EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTIONS.— Subsection (a) of section 103 shall take effect on the 60th day after the date of the enactment of this Act. (2) POSTING OF INFORMATION.—Subsection (b) of section 103 shall take effect January 1, 2008, except that the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall post the information contained in notifications required by that subsection that are made on or after the effective date provided under paragraph (1) of this subsection. (d) SECTION 104.—The amendments made by section 104 shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act, except that section 104(j)(2) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (as amended by section 104(b)) shall apply to individuals who leave Federal office or employment to which such amendments apply on or after the 60th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.

TITLE II—FULL PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF LOBBYING SEC. 201. QUARTERLY FILING OF LOBBYING DISCLOSURE REPORTS.

(a) QUARTERLY FILING REQUIRED.—Section 5 of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1604) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) by striking ‘‘SEMIANNUAL’’ and inserting ‘‘QUARTERLY’’; (B) by striking ‘‘45 days’’ and all that follows through ‘‘section 4,’’ and inserting ‘‘20 days after the end of the quarterly period beginning on the first day of January, April, July, and October of each year in which a registrant is registered under section 4, or on the first business day after such 20th day if the 20th day is not a business day,’’; and (C) by striking ‘‘such semiannual period’’ and inserting ‘‘such quarterly period’’; and (2) in subsection (b)— (A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘semiannual report’’ and inserting ‘‘quarterly report’’; (B) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘semiannual filing period’’ and inserting ‘‘quarterly period’’; (C) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘‘semiannual period’’ and inserting ‘‘quarterly period’’; and (D) in paragraph (4), by striking ‘‘semiannual filing period’’ and inserting ‘‘quarterly period’’.
